STUDIO

  • Yes, we are open Monday - Friday, 11a to 5p. Please knock or ring the doorbell to enter.

ORDERS

  • Interac e-transfer ; VISA ; MasterCard ; Amex ; Discover ; JCB

  • We can only accommodate 48 hours' notice to change the order or to reschedule the delivery date. We do not accept order changes or cancellations for same day orders. Handling fees may apply beyond our standard procedures or excessive demands for change.

    *Due to the nature of our business, which deals with perishable goods, we will not issue refunds on any flower orders. We may offer a store credit on exceptional circumstances, subject to careful examination.

  • Hand-tied bouquets come in Kado signature wrapping with hydration. Arrangements come in a branded handheld box.

  • The sender must order separately for each corresponding location.

  • We ensure the highest quality in flowers and designs for each order. This depends on seasonal availability and designer's choice. The photo on the website captures the general aesthetic of the design. For specific flowers and arrangements, we advise you to inquire through our email shop@kadostudios.com

  • Each order comes with a complimentary message card that is handwritten with care by our team. We kindly ask you to only send appropriate personal messages in English/Japanese/Spanish language.

  • No, the designs and flowers from our online products are carefully selected by skillful designers at Kado Studios. If you require a specific design, we advise you to reach us via email shop@kadostudios.com for a custom design order.

LOGISTICS

  • We offer standard delivery to Vancouver, Burnaby, North / West Vancouver, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley, and Delta with a fee.

    • Deliveries are made between 12 PM to 5 PM.

  • Yes, place order(s) before 9am PST for same-day delivery.

  • Yes, free in-store pick-up is available at our Gastown location. 449 Hamilton Street.

  • Yes, please inquire via email shop@kadostudios.com with your order number and reason for contact. Any time specific or out-of-range delivery will incur an additional cost if it falls outside of our delivery window.

    • Deliveries are made between 12 PM to 5 PM.

  • Yes, you can arrange a delivery to an establishment as long as the coordination has been completed and confirmed on your and the business's end. If this delivery falls outside of our standard delivery slots, it will incur an additional cost.

  • Yes, we have street parking in front of our studio as well as a few parking garages in the vicinity.

FLOWER + PLANT CARE

  • Flowers have a vase life of 5-10 days with proper care. Flower life depends on each species as well. At Kado, we try to use long-lasting flowers to the best of our ability.

  • We cannot guarantee the safety of your pet and children. A lot of flowers are deemed toxic for young children and pets. Prior research is required.

  • We attach a care card to each order. Please follow instructions carefully to ensure optimal flower vase life.

  • At Kado we strive to ensure the highest quality in flower and design. If this standard is not met, please send us a photo within 24 hours upon delivery to receive store credit or a replacement.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • We offer subscriptions for both residences and businesses. see subscription plan details on website.

  • If you would like to update and make any changes to your subscription plan, please email us at shop@kadostudios.com

  • You are required to notify Kado Studios of any instances that you do not require a subscription delivery. We can put a temporary hold until you are back and resume the delivery as usual. If it is not informed to us, we will count it as a delivery.

WORKSHOPS

  • We offer workshops throughout the year. We usually update the website for any workshops. See here for upcoming workshops.

  • Yes, for private workshop inquiries, email shop@kadostudios.com

  • We understand that things can happen unexpectedly. We will keep your ticket on record and you may redeem it for other workshops at the same value that works for you. Alternatively, we can issue store credit that can be used on our website. Please inquire at shop@kadostudios.com

WEDDINGS & EVENTS

  • No, we accept weddings of all scales. If your wedding requires on-site set up and styling, the minimum spending is $3,000.

  • No, we cater each wedding to the couple's story. Please reach us at shop@kadostudios to book a consultation and discuss further to bring your vision to life!

  • Yes, absolutely! We are welcome to all kinds of scales to celebrate all kinds of love.
