Terms of Service

Our custom floral arrangements are made to order and may take a few days to be ready for pickup/delivery. We highly recommend providing ample notice. Our delivery days are from 12pm to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bc statutory holidays. We will start processing your orders after payment has been completed. Additional delivery days are set for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.

  • *Additional fees may apply if the size and the quantity require a larger vehicle.

    We offer delivery in Vancouver, BC, at a flat rate of C$15.

    C$25 - Burnaby

    C$32 - Richmond, North Vancouver
    C$38 - West Vancouver, New Westminster
    C$50 - Surrey (select), Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam
    C$57 - Surrey (select), Langley, White Rock, Delta

    C$8 - Oversized item (Every +21" Height) 
    C$30 - Rush Delivery (Out of town 2 hours)
    C$20 - Specific Time Delivery (Out of Town)

    If you prefer to pick it up, we will email you when the orders are ready.
    Our pickup location is 449 Hamilton St, Vancouver BC, V6B 2P9, Mon - Fri between 11a - 5p.

    *Due to the nature of our business, which deals with perishable goods, we will not issue refunds on any flower orders. We may offer a store credit on exceptional circumstances, subject to careful examination.

  • Handling fees may apply beyond our standard procedures or excessive demands for change. 

  • Our flower arrangements come with Kado's original care card. Please follow the steps and enjoy the flowers.

  • Upon registration, you will receive an email confirmation with complete details of everything you need to know. Once confirmed, the registration will be fixed under the registrant's date, time, and name. We ask that you not transfer to another date, time, or person. 

    If you cannot make it to the workshop session, we cannot issue a refund; however, you are subject to store credit to the Kado shop. We understand that unexpected things may arise, so we kindly offer this flexibility.
